Creating an internal number

Navigate to Settings -> Numbers
Click the +Add from the upper right corner and select Add Internal Number
Under Extension Number, assign it a number that is not in use anywhere else (mostly user extensions)
Under Number Routing, choose whether to go to a callflow or to a user. Most people will utilize the Route To Callflow option. Select your previously made callflow from the drop down menu.
Hit Save
