How do I reset my Avidbit password?

This password is meant as a failsafe in the event that Office 365 or GSuite authentication fails. It is advisable to rely on Office 365 or GSuite as a login, so try resetting that password first. Contact your network administrator for help if needed.

If you still wish to change your Avidbit password (this is the password for the main my.avidbit.com login page, NOT the password for Office 365/GSuite), complete the following steps:

1. From the top toolbar, select Settings
2. Under the Account section, select Users
3. Find and select the user you wish to reset the password
4. Click the green Change Password
5. Generate or enter in a new password
6. Click the blue Change Password to save
