How do I find recorded calls?

1. From the top toolbar, select Apps.
2. Select Call History.
3. By default, you will be able to see all calls from the past 24 hours. If you wish to see more, click the blue Date Range button and choose one of the options from the drop down list.
4. Scroll down past the analytics and you will see a list of phone call entries.
   Any call that has a play button in the ‘Rec’ column means the call was recorded.
5. Click the play button to be able to listen to the recording.
6. To download the recording, press the small drop down arrow next to the play button. This will open up ‘Call Stats’ where you can click Download Recording.

*If you cannot see any play buttons in the ‘Rec’ column, make sure that call recording is enabled. (Settings -> Location -> Voice -> Record Calls: ON)
