How do I upload a file?

Files are one of the most versatile tools we use to construct your individual needs. The most common usage for file uploads are voicemail greetings and hold music.

Supported formats: .mp3 .wav

1. From the top toolbar select Settings.
2. Under the Account category, select Files.
3. Click the blue + Add button in the top right.
4. Click on ‘Choose File’ .
5. Navigate on your PC to the location of the file you wish to upload and press ‘Open’.
6. Once uploaded, the name of the file will appear next to ‘Choose File’. If a name does not appear, you will need to give it one.
7. Press Save.
